The 'Student Talks' methodology of the Jean Monnet DERECHO project places students at the center of the action. In this case, they led the presentation and debate on unfair terms in consumer contracts in light of Directive 93/13/EEC. The activity combined theoretical training and practical exposition, fostering legal argumentation, social dissemination of European Law, and active learning as a pathway to train critical and committed jurists.

We celebrate the inaugural event of the Jean Monnet DERECHO project. For 3 years, a space opens for reflection, learning, and dialogue on the role of Law in building a fairer, more digital, and sustainable Europe. An event that united faculty and students under a common purpose: strengthening European knowledge and values from the university.
