The collective work, “The New European Consumer Law: Ten Reforms for its Modernization in the 2020s,” is authored by professors from Univ. San Pablo CEU and 5 other public and private Spanish universities, analyzing major reforms in European Union Consumer Law from a digital and sustainable perspective. It will be published in the Private Law collection of the Official State Gazette (Boletín Oficial del Estado – BOE) in both paper and Open Access formats, freely accessible to the entire community.
